First year students should attend the Open Units Fair to register for open units. The majority of schools that offer units attend the central registration Fair which will be held on Tuesday 2nd October 2012 from 2.30-5.00pm in the Victoria Rooms. Please note that registration onto open units is on a first come, first served basis.
Returning students who are on programmes that allow for open units should inform their home department of their choices for open units; departments will normally ask students for this information in the Summer Term. Returning students may also need to indicate their wish to take an open unit with the department that owns the open unit. Students should contact the department that owns the unit to check, unless otherwise instructed.
