Professor Ad Putter will be the Morton W. Bloomfield Visiting Fellow at Harvard University next academic year. This residential Fellowship is generously sponsored by the Morton W. Bloomfield Fund, established in memory of one of Harvard's most distinguished medievalists. Ad will be in Harvard for a four-week period in Spring Term: he will be working on his book on the history of verse forms in Middle English, and will also speak on this topic at the English Department medieval colloquium. The Departement sends its warmest congratulations to Ad on this prestigious award.
