ACCIS CDT Inter-cohort design challenge27 November 2015Five elite teams from the EPSRC Centre for Doctoral Training in Advanced Composites for Innovation and Science (ACCIS CDT) competed in a high stakes design-build-destroy engineering challenge on the afternoon of Friday, November 20. The inter-cohort event entitled ‘Highway to shell’ saw students come together to build some beautifully engineered and (nearly) indestructible structures.
