The Inside Track.. The Professional Engineering Institutions - why should I join and what's in it for me?

Bill will present an Engineering student's guide to professional registration. The seminar will remain very general covering the professional institutions and professional development towards CEng and IEng.

You will leave the seminar with a clear understanding of IEng and CEng accredited status, how you can work towards becoming professionally registered whilst at University and have the opportunity to ask questions.

Bring your lunch - all welcome.

The Inside Track Seminar series is an informal forum aimed at students to provide a regular opportunity to discuss in an open forum any industry or careers related issues you have. Each week will have a theme, but there will also be the opportunity to bring any other questions you have (e.g. about CVs, job applications, types of industry, internships etc.). Members of staff from the Careers Service and Industrial Liaison Office will be at each session, and each week we will invite relevant guests from industry.
