This resource, filmed with local PGCE Partnership schools, teachers and trainees as part of a Training and Development Agency for Schools (TDA) sponsored project run by the University of Bristol and UWE, showcases the many benefits of having trainee teachers working in schools. It aims to be a source of information, interest and encouragement to trainees themselves, university tutors, school mentors, and school leadership teams, and to celebrate just what ITT Partnerships can achieve.
