Research Interests
Fabien Postel-Vinay's main research field is labour economics. He is currently working on structural models of job search, with special interest in the determinants of wage dispersion and individual wage dynamics. He is also interested in labour market policy issues, and on aggregate wage and employment dynamics. Fabien is currently a co-editor of Labour Economics, and he is also affiliated with the Paris School of Economics, CEPR (London), IZA (Bonn), and CMPO (Bristol).
