This will also allow you to download the application form. When fully completed, please send directly to the DCP School, together with any relevant equivalency certificates if your qualifications have been taken overseas. The equivalency certificates can be gained from a number of translation services e.g. NARIC.
In brief; to apply you must have 5 GCSEs (one English, one double science or biology) and choose one of the other entry options on the entry requirements list, which you can view on the online prospectus. Please read the page on Dental Hygiene to find the link.
