Research conducted by Richard Trask and recent ACCIS PhD students, Chia-Yen Huang and Chris Norris, has featured in a documentary clip aired on BBC Four. The film demonstrates the work undertaken within ACCIS on the development of self-healing composite laminates, featuring successful restoration of the compressive strength of a damaged prototype using self-healing infusion methods to address the damage impact.The documentary clip can be viewed via iPlayer at: http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p00qqhq3
