Registration Process

Full registration is a two-step process. First, you should fill out the registration form and fax or email it back to the conference organizers. Next, you should pay by credit card using the method described below.

Fill out the registration form you will find by clicking here. You can then send it by email to steven.donaldson@notes.udayton.edu or fax to (1) 937-229-3491. Payment is made separately and must be made by credit card using the web payment method described below.

You have the option of adding additional spouse/guest ticket(s) to the reception and/or conference dinner.


Refund Policy

  • Full refund (less processing fee) through 15 September
  • Half refund (less processing fee) through 5 October
  • No refunds 6 October or thereafter
  • In all cases, conference attendees are welcome to substitute another attendee with no penalty

Full registration includes:

  • Monday evening reception at the Dayton Engineers Club
  • Tuesday evening dinner at the National Museum of the US Air Force
  • Attendance at all sessions
  • Coffee and tea each morning
  • Mid-morning and afternoon light snacks
  • Lunch each day (Monday-Wednesday)
  • Transportation from select hotels to the conference site and evening activities

Payment

To make your payment: fill in your first and last names in the boxes provided below. Next, click one, two, or all three of the boxes below, depending upon your registration wishes. Finally, click the "Payment" button -- this will take you to a new window, where you will be asked to enter your credit card information. One of the blocks in this window will ask for "Postal Code," and is expecting a five digit number. If you your postal code does not conform to this standard, please type in 99999 (if this does not work, or you have any other difficulties, please contact Steve Donaldson as shown in the "Contacts" page). Once you have completed that process, you will be given a receipt page to print for your records.

   Additional Reception ticket (20 Oct 2008): $30 USD
   Additional Banquet ticket (21 Oct 2008): $50 USD
   Registration will be closed 6 October 2008
  Registration only: $535 (or $585 on or after 16 Sept.) USD
  Additional guest reception: $30  USD
  Additional guest dinner: $50 USD
