To make your payment: fill in your first and last names in the boxes provided below. Next,
click one, two, or all three of the boxes below, depending upon your registration wishes. Finally, click the "Payment" button -- this
will take you to a new window, where you will be asked to enter your credit card information. One of the blocks in this window will ask for "Postal Code," and is expecting a five digit number. If you your postal code does not conform to this standard, please type in 99999 (if this does not work, or you have any other difficulties, please contact Steve Donaldson as shown in the "Contacts" page). Once you have completed that process,
