Fabien Postel-Vinay's main research field is labor economics. He is currently working on structural models of job search, with special interest in the determinants of wage dispersion and individual wage dynamics. He is also interested in labor market policy issues, and on aggregate wage and employment dynamics. Fabien is currently a co-editor of Labour Economics, and he is also affiliated with the University of Paris I, PSE (Paris), CEPR (London), IZA (Bonn), and CMPO (Bristol).
