Research Interests
Jack’s main research field is intergenerational mobility, and he is currently working on two projects focusing on intergenerational education effects:
- Exploring the causal effects of parental education on children’s cognitive and non-cognitive outcomes throughout childhood in the UK (with Matt Dickson and Paul Gregg).
- Looking at the intergenerational consequences of education reform using evidence from Nigeria (with Sonia Bhalotra and Una Osili (Indiana University).
