Profile
Randall is a Senior Research Fellow at the School for Policy Studies. Randall has two main strands of interest; the development and future of the European Union (including links with East Asian countries) and community care policies, with particular reference to older people (currently confined to pre-enlargement EU countries).
Randall will also be contributing to the teaching on the new MSc in East Asian Studies.
