New NIHR fellowship awarded to Lucy Southby

NIHR fund Lucy's project titled ‘Speech processing in children born with cleft and its relationship to speech articulation at age 5.'

Lucy Southby, Specialist Speech and Language Therapist in Cleft Palate, was successful in her application to the NIHR for a doctoral fellowship. Her project is titled ‘Speech processing in children born with cleft and its relationship to speech articulation at age 5.’ Lucy will start in the summer of 2016 and be supervised by Carol Joinson and Yvonne Wren, in a joint project between Cleft Collective and Child and Adolescent Health.
