Jocelyn to represent the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry, at the 3 Min Thesis competition.

An 80,000 word thesis would take 9 hours to present. Your time limit: 3 minutes!

Jocelyn Cherry PhD student in Child and Adolescent Health, has been selected to represent the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry at the 3 Min Thesis competition (3MT®). The University wide semi-finals of the competition will be held on Wednesday, 3rd June in the Winston Theatre, Richmond Building. Ten finalists will be selected to compete in the final round of the competition on the afternoon of Wednesday, 10th June. 

3MT® is a research communication competition developed by the University of Queensland. It challenges postgraduate research students to present a compelling oration on their thesis and its significance in just three minutes in language appropriate to a non-specialist audience.
