At this February ICEP Journal club: Metabolic Health Theme, Sofia Christakoudi will be presenting on: "An allometric approach to body shape and body composition: insights from the UK Biobank cohort”. Dr Christakoudi is a Research Fellow in Cancer Epidemiology at the Imperial College School of Public Health and has a background in medicine, biostatistics, steroid biochemistry, and biomarker development. She is interested in the endocrine factors and exogenous exposures related to body shape and their contribution to cancer development and survival, with the aim of identifying new approaches to cancer prevention.
