Hosted by the Jean Golding Institute, this event will provide support to those interested in applying to JGI's annual seed corn funding call. 

The primary aim of the scheme is support activities to foster interdisciplinary research in data science (including artificial intelligence) and data-intensive research. Our priority workstreams are:

  • data-driven solutions to societal challenges
  • data visualisation and materiality
  • data governance and reproducibility
  • supporting the development and dissemination of new data science and artificial intelligence methodologies. 

The Alan Turing Institute

We support the partnership with The Alan Turing Institute and this funding could be used to develop links across Turing Research Challenges.
