• Aeolus is an annual international competition, where teams race vehicles powered only by wind turbines. 
• Vehicles must travel into the prevailing wind direction and be steered by a single driver. 
• Energy storage is allowed, but this must be empty at the start. 
• In September 2010, Bristol University became the first entry ever to complete the race using an electrical vehicle.
