The Life and Death of a Food Chicken brings together a veterinary scientist (Siobhan Mullan), historians (Robert Skinner and Andrew Flack) and an artist (Paul Hurley) to observe the last phase of the life of food chickens and so explore people’s understanding of the hidden reality of death within our food.
