Investigating Disabled People’s and their Organizations’ Involvement in Decision Making brings together law scholars Emily Kakoullis and Judy Laing, social scientists Val Williams, Victoria Mason and Caroline Miles and Laura Welti of the disabled activists' Bristol Disability Equality Forum, to explore alternative and effective ways of engaging in decision-making at local authority level in the light of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of People with Disabilities (CRPD).
