Volunteer open morning;
The Bristol University Botanic Garden is run by a small team of staff and an army of volunteers. There are currently over 300 volunteers at the Garden each contributing in a small or large way to giving Bristol a Botanic Garden it can be proud of. Between them they take tours, deliver leaflets, run and operate the Welcome Lodge, help in the cafe, produce our newsletter, work in the office, steward events, organise open gardens and of course help with the horticulture. The jobs are many and diverse and volunteers enjoy coming to the Garden and being part of our team.
If you would like to find out more about volunteering at the Botanic Garden, join us on Wednesday March 22nd from 10am until 12pm for our volunteer open morning. All are welcome, whatever your skills, for a cup of tea, biscuit and a chat and maybe you could join our team!
