An article by Mark Kinver, BBC News Environment reporter, on the BBC News website on 13th August 2013 highlights the urban flower meadows being planted in Bristol, Reading, Leeds and Edinburgh as part of the Urban Pollinators Project and the importance of studying insect pollinators in urban areas.
