The University has an agreement to buy printers from Hewlett Packard. Printer prices fluctuate far more than computer prices, so please contact the IT Office to discuss your needs and current prices.
Please make sure you order printers that support PostScript (PS) printing and ideally have duplexing (printing both sides) and network hardware installed. Most HP laser printers can have an extra paper tray fitted to increase capacity.
Printers can be ordered from XMA or Getech.

All other PC hardware - sound cards, hard disks, memory, etc - can be bought from Insight.
