Real-time PCR

We have a Roche LightCycler 480 instrument in-house for real-time PCR applications including genotyping and gene expression using intercalating dye technology or probe technologies.

We offer a 'ready-to-run' service in which the investigator brings the completed PCR plates to the Genomics Facility and operates the instrument following a two-hour induction. The runs are charged on a per-plate basis.
