24 hr Assistance

Emergency contact  24 hours a day

Assistance is available for lock outs from rooms, urgent maintenance issues and all types of emergency.  Contact details are posted in every student room on the pin board or on the back of the room door.

Daytime

Weekdays - daytime

0800 hrs - 1630 hrs Hall Office (opposite Porters' Lodge)  - internal Extension 32480 (0117 903 2480), the office will radio for Porter assistance on your behalf.

NOTE:   £2 charge per daytime lockout operates after the first week of the Autumn Term.

Weekends only

Evenings

Weekday evenings - between 1915 hrs and 2330 hrs
