At Bristol we recognise the value of having students from a wide variety of backgrounds and we warmly welcome applications from mature students. Since mature students often have a range of educational and life experiences, that are not solely reflected by exam qualifications, we interview all mature applicants to whom we are considering making an offer. In considering applications from mature students we give credit for a range of vocational qualifications and occupational and life experiences, as well as more traditional educational qualifications, such as A levels or Access courses.
