In order for Campaigns and Alumni Relations to provide publicity for your event, please fill out the details below.

Campaigns and Alumni Relations would also be grateful to receive contact information arising from the event e.g. change of address, returned mail, email addresses.  Please provide feedback e.g. photos, a short report, and a list of attendees. (NB by submitting photos you agree to their potential use for University of Bristol online or print publications.)

You are respectfully reminded of your obligations under the data protection act to ensure the security, proper use and subsequent disposal of all personal data provided to you by Campaigns and Alumni Relations.

This email address will be used to provide a point of contact to those wanting more information or to book for the event and may be used in the events diary or emails sent to promote the event.
By entering an email address here it is assumed that you agree to us making it public for the purposes of promoting the event.
Please give a brief description of your event, to be used, for example, on the website, an Enewsletter and our Nonesuch publication. For examples see the events diary. Alumni Relations reserves the right to edit submitted text.
All personal information supplied on this form will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and used by the University for the purpose of identifying and communicating with the alumnus/a submitting event information. Personal information: a) will not be made available to anyone outside the University except as may be required by law or b) in the case that the submitter has agreed to share their contact email address for the purposes of promoting the event, this email address will be used in publicity material for the event.
