What to do if you have a complaint

Complaints about the University, or University policy

Please direct any general complaints about the University or University policy, e.g. not specific to the alumni relations team, to our public relations office.

If you are a current student, or you have a complaint about a current student, please see the list below for advice on where to direct your complaint.

If you are unsure who to contact, Development and Alumni Relations will be happy to help.
