Genotype data

Data are held on a large, and growing, number of SNPs. For details of genetic data held, contact the ALSPAC laboratories at research@childrenofthe90s.ac.uk

Collaborators wishing to genotype the DNA should submit requests to the ALSPAC executive committee as outlined in our policy.

The genotyping company, K Biosciences, holds stocks of ALSPAC DNA and collaborators are encouraged to use their genotyping services for simple SNP genotyping in order to preserve DNA stocks and reduce costs. All requests for genotyping ALSPAC DNA at K Biosciences must be approved by the ALSPAC executive and orders placed via the ALSPAC laboratory.
