Erasmus students

The Accommodation Office are here to help you find somewhere to live if you are coming to study at Bristol as part of the University’s Erasmus programme.

Erasmus students are not guaranteed an offer of accommodation in University-allocated accommodation and unfortunately it is highly unlikely that we will have accommodation available for you this September. If you are interested in University accommodation, you can still apply, however please be aware that we will not be able to let you know whether we are able to offer you a room until September.

Private rented accommodation

We advise Erasmus students to start looking for private rented accommodation as soon as possible. We reccomend that you take a look through our finding private accommodation pages and our Erasmus accommodation factsheet (PDF) and our Finding Accommodation factsheet (PDF). We strongly advise that you do not pay for any accommodation from overseas unless you are 100% certain that the arrangement is genuine, due to the risk of fraud.

To assist you in finding accommodation the Accommodation Office run a house search event, giving you the opportunity to stay in Bristol for three nights to meet other students and to look for accommodation either as a group or individually. It is not suitable for the one semester students.

University-allocated accommodation

If you would like to proceed with an application for University-allocated accommodation as a non-guaranteed student, please read the details below before applying.
