Home Search for international staff
Moving to a new location, especially from outside the UK, can be difficult. The Bristol rentals’ market is highly competitive - rents are higher than the UK average and properties can go very quickly. To help you to overcome these issues, we offer two levels of Home Search service to International staff moving to Bristol with their families:
Signpost Service for International Staff with families
The Signpost Service can save you time by doing your research for you. We combine the information you provide about your and your families requirements with our local knowledge and use our network of reputable agents and landlords to draw up a short list of available properties in suitable areas
Relocation Service for International Staff with families
The Relocation Service is available only to international staff members who are referred to us by their Head of Department or equivalent. We can only take on a limited number of referrals each month.
We take a more in depth brief of requirements and provide up to two telephone, skype or email consultations to guide you through the choices and support you through the lettings process. We will undertake up to 3 property viewings on your behalf. This will enable us to give you a detailed review of the property and its location.
Once you have selected a property we will facilitate the signing of tenancy documents, advise on removals, review school applications, prepare welcome packs and arrange orientation visits.
