Information and Advice
The Accommodation Office provides a generalist housing advice and information service to all students, former students (if their query relates to their time as a student at the University) prospective students and staff of the University of Bristol and parents of students where the students have given their authority.
The Service is:
- Free
- Confidential
- Impartial
- Non-judgmental
- Independent
- Accessible
We seek to enable users of the service to resolve difficulties by exploring with them options for resolving any disputes. The advice and information offered is non-directive. We will assist with mediation, advocacy and, as a last resort, Court Action.
