Due to high application numbers from some nationalities, it is necessary for us to allocate single nationality flats.
We will always communicate with you by email and your accommodation offer will be sent by email therefore it is essential that you ensure we have a valid personal email address for you.

Students studying one of the following programmes should apply for accommodation when they complete the CELFS course application form:
On the application form, make sure you tick the box to request accommodation. CELFS will pass your information to us after you have paid your course deposit. We will then email you to confirm your application.
Offers will be made from 16 April 2012; first to students starting courses in July, then to students starting courses in August.
Please read carefully all the documents included in your offer and follow the instructions provided. The deadline is usually seven days after your offer is made. If you have problems accessing or responding to your offer you should email the Accommodation Office accom-office@bristol.ac.uk.

If you wish to cancel your accommodation reservation for 2012 you must email the Accommodation Office, accom-office@bristol.ac.uk. The message must include your name, your student number and the name of the residence you are booked into.
All students can cancel their accommodation reservation within seven days of accepting it, or up to the cancellation deadline below (whichever is later) and receive a full refund of any monies paid provided they have not already moved into the accommodation.
